For this recipe you will need:
- mushrooms (white or button mushrooms) - 200 g
- gelatin - 1 tbsp. l.
- mushroom broth - 300 ml
- egg - 1
- the greens.
Get fresh mushrooms, cleaned and cut into large pieces and boil in a small amount of water. Then recline on drushlak, salt and let stand for a bit. Then finely chop the mushrooms.
Soaked and swollen gelatin is dissolved in the remaining mushroom broth and salt. If the gelatin does not dissolve it is possible to heat the resulting solution to dissolve the gelatin.
Mushroom broth pour into small molds with a thin layer and place in refrigerator so that it froze. Then a layer of frozen jelly put chopped mushrooms, a slice of cooked hard-boiled egg and a sprig of herbs, all carefully pour mushroom broth and then cooled to jelly frozen.
Before serving, put jelly mushrooms onto a large platter. To make it easier to remove the jelly from the mold, the form for a few seconds, dipped in hot water.
