Chocolate cheesecake

125 ml of semi-sweet chocolate
450g soft cream cheese
500 g cream
250 g cream
250 g of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
750ml whipping cream

Butter with sugar. Add crackers and cocoa powder. Mix and put in a split form a diameter of 23 cm Bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 8 minutes. Take out and cool.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool. Beat cream cheese until fluffy and combine with the cooled chocolate, sour cream and cream. Enter the sugar, vanilla and eggs one at a time to drive.
