Pancakes simple





For this recipe you will need:

  • buckwheat flour - 4 cup
  • milk - 4.5 cups
  • yeast - 20-25 grams
  • salt
  • vegetable oil for greasing the pan - 1 teaspoon
 
To make the pancakes just need to:

In bowl pour half a glass of warm milk and dissolve the yeast in it (the yeast should be fresh, otherwise the dough will not work); add 5/1 cup of milk. Stirring constantly, pour in a bowl with milk 2 cups flour. Dough stir well to avoid lumps. Cover the bowl with a towel and put in a warm place. When the dough is suitable (that you define on the 2-3-fold increase in volume), add the remaining flour, milk, salt, mix again and put in a warm place. After the dough rise again can begin pancakes. The dough is no longer stir, that it does not opal.
