For this recipe you will need:
- Fish Fillets - 500g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 onion
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- parsley - 1 pc.
- gelatin - 2 tablespoons
- bay leaf, allspice pepper, salt - to taste
