For this recipe you will need:


  • Fish Fillets - 500g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 onion
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • parsley - 1 pc.
  • gelatin - 2 tablespoons
  • bay leaf, allspice pepper, salt - to taste




Gelatin, pour a glass of cold water and leave to swell for 1-1.5 hours to put fish fillet in a pan, add 3 cups of cold water, pepper, coarsely chopped parsley, carrots, onions, sunflower and cook for 30 minutes at a low boil. 5 min before end of cooking to put a bay leaf.

Cooked fish removed, minced. The broth and place in a powdered fish boil in low boiling, enter the soaked gelatine and stir, bring to its complete dissolution, then slightly cool, add crushed garlic, pour into molds and put in a cool place for curing. Serve with horseradish sauce.
