For preparation of the baked herring it will be required to you:

  •     herring - 2 pieces (on 200g)
  •     champignons - 4–5 pieces.
  •     onions shallot - 2 pieces.
  •     the egg (cooked hard-boiled) - 1 piece.
  •     butter - 25g
  •     parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp.
  •     horse-radish (grated) - 1 tsp.
  •     salt, pepper - to taste.



To prepare the Herring baked in a foil it is necessary:
  1. Clean and cut champignons. Peel, crush bulbs. Chop egg.
  2. Clean and draw a herring. Mix the cut champignons, onions, egg and parsley, to salt and pepper to taste. Fill with the received mix a herring.
  3. Mix oil with a horse-radish and to lay out this mix on 2 rectangular leaves of a foil. From above on mix to put a herring, hermetically to close a foil.
  4. Warm an oven to 200C and bake in it a herring in a foil of 25 min.
