Classical pumpkin fritters

Classical pumpkin fritters
Ingredients:
  • 400 g of pumpkin,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 5 (heaped) tbsps of flour,
  • salt pinch,
  • nutmeg, vanillin, cinnamon or cardamom – to taste.

Preparation:

Grate the peeled pumpkin on a small grater, add other ingredients and mix well. Fry, as usual fritters, on vegetable oil. Serve with sour cream.

Ingredients:
  • 400 g of pumpkin,
  • 2 eggs,
  • ½ стак. kefir,
  • 1 стак. torments,
  • 1 tsps of a baking powder,
  • salt pinch.

Preparation:

Bake pumpkin or stew to softness. If pumpkin soft, simply grate it on a small grater. Connect all ingredients, mix to uniformity and fry fritters on vegetable oil till golden color.

  • 2-3 tbsps of sugar,

Grate pumpkin on an average grater and wring out juice. Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir, mix and put pumpkin with the washed-out and dried raisin. Mix soda with flour and a podsypta to mix. Dough has to be consistences of dense sour cream. Fry on vegetable oil.

  • 400 g of pumpkin,
  • 400 g of cottage cheese,

  • 2 eggs,
  • 8-10 tbsps of sugar,
  • 1 tsps of soda,
  • salt pinch.

  • 2 eggs,
  • 120 g of flour,
  • 1 bulb,
  • ½ tsps of salt,
  • 100-150 g of firm cheese,
  • turmeric pinch.

Preparation:
Bake pumpkin in an oven or stew in a small amount of water. Crush pumpkin by means of the blender or wipe through a sieve. Add milk, eggs, salt and a turmeric, mix and add flour. Add the onions and cheese grated on a grater with large holes crushed in the blender to the last turn. Mix and fry on vegetable oil, as usual fritters.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of pumpkin,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 3-4 tbsps of semolina,
  • 2-3 tbsps of flour,
  • 2-3 tbsps of sugar,
  • 1 tsps of a baking powder,
  • salt pinch.

Preparation:

Grate pumpkin on a grater with large holes, add other ingredients and mix. Leave dough for 10-15 minutes for semolina swelling. Fry, as usual, on vegetable oil from both parties.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of pumpkin,
  • 100 g of walnuts,
  • 100 g of green onions,   
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 tbsps of soy sauce,
  • 2 tbsps of strong wine,
  • 100 g of flour (it is possible slightly less),
  • 1 tbsps of vegetable oil,
  • salt, black ground pepper – to taste.

Preparation:

Fry nuts on a dry frying pan, cool and crush in a crumb. Grate pumpkin on a grater with large holes, small cut onions greens. Beat eggs with salt, soy sauce and wine. Connect pumpkin to onions and eggs, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, mix and pour flour, being guided by density of dough. Its consistence has to be not too dense. Fry until golden brown on vegetable oil.

  • 5 potatoes,
  • 3-4 garlic gloves,
  • 2 eggs,

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of pumpkin,            
  • 200 g of good ham,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 100 g of flour,
  • 50 g of butter,

Preparation:
