Chocolate cake, "Adam and Eve"





For the base:
180 grams of sugar
6 eggs
60g chopped walnut kernels
90 grams of almonds
60 grams of chocolate

For the cream:
3 eggs
200 grams of sugar
200 grams of milk
200 grams of butter
60 grams of chocolate
vanilla to taste

Prepare a mass of two kinds:
1. 90 grams of sugar and three egg yolks whipped into foam, keep it softened chocolate, ground nuts and whipped in a cool foam proteins 3 eggs;
